These terms apply to the use of this website and to all services provided by Life Learning Earning. By requesting a quotation or engaging our services, you agree to these terms.
1. Scope of work
The scope, materials, timelines and price for each job are set out in our written quotation or work order. Any additional work requested on site will be quoted and approved separately before it begins.
2. Quotations and pricing
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices are exclusive of applicable taxes unless mentioned otherwise. Rates may be revised if site conditions or the scope differ from the information shared at the time of quoting.
3. Client responsibilities
- Provide safe access to the site and equipment during agreed working hours.
- Arrange the necessary permits, power isolation and utilities.
- Share accurate information about machines, drawings and site conditions.
- Nominate a contact person for approvals and handover.
4. Payment terms
Payment is due as per the terms stated in the quotation or invoice. We may ask for an advance for material procurement or larger jobs. Delayed payments may lead to work being paused until dues are cleared.
5. Workmanship warranty
We stand behind our workmanship for the period mentioned in the quotation. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, unauthorised modifications or parts supplied by others. Spares and equipment carry the manufacturer's warranty, where applicable.
6. Safety
Our team follows safe work practices and uses appropriate protective equipment. We may pause work if conditions on site are unsafe, until they are corrected.
7. Limitation of liability
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses such as loss of production or profit. Our total liability for any job is limited to the value of that job.
8. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
