We aim to keep cancellations and refunds simple and fair for both sides.
1. Cancellation before work begins
You may cancel a confirmed job by informing us in writing by email or WhatsApp. If you cancel before work begins, any advance paid will be refunded after deducting costs already incurred, such as site visit charges or materials purchased for your job.
2. Cancellation after work begins
If a job is cancelled after work has started, you will be charged for the work completed and for materials used or procured up to the date of cancellation.
3. Rescheduling
Scheduled visits can be rescheduled without any charge if you inform us at least 24 hours in advance, subject to team availability.
4. Cancellation by us
If we are unable to carry out a confirmed job, we will inform you as early as possible and refund the advance in full for any work not performed.
5. Refund process
Approved refunds are processed within 7 to 10 working days to the original payment method or by bank transfer.
